Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
At Discovery Swimwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns will not be accepted if this guideline is not followed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom or personalized items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@discoveryswimwear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
